We've been using them since Winter 2020/2021. They are very responsive, they know what they're talking about, and they are customer focused. MRK takes my concerns about my pets seriously (some companies use harsher chemicals). Example of the customer service: Found a mouse caught on a glue trip after a long weekend away, called on a Sunday, and owners picked up, and were here within the week. Dave and Ryan are awesome. Great family run business. They came over, did a quick assessment and were very transparent on what they found and how to treat it. I haven't seen an ant since they sprayed and feel more comfortable that there isn't an infestation in our home.
