Today MRK Pest Control serviced my home in Livonia. Technician Ryan was very professional and Very Helpful plus educated me on my situations! We have a yellow jacket wasp issue in the basement as well as spiders and centipedes throughout my house. They also backup their products and services with a guarantee that is sooo helpful!! MRK is phenomenal and I wish we had found them sooner. We've been using them since Winter 2020/2021. They are very responsive, they know what they're talking about, and they are customer focused. MRK takes my concerns about my pets seriously (some companies use harsher chemicals). Example of the customer service: Found a mouse caught on a glue trip after a long weekend away, called on a Sunday, and owners picked up, and were here within the week. Dave and Ryan are awesome. MRK Pest was one of the only companies that I called that didn't try to oversell me things and make me alarmed around our ant issue. They came over, did a quick assessment and were very transparent on what they found and how to treat it. I haven't seen an ant since they sprayed and feel more comfortable that there isn't an infestation in our home.
